The Proper Marmalade Company
Marmalade properly made from fresh fruit, occasionally with improper additions. All their marmalades are handmade from fresh fruit, simmered until the peel is soft before boiling to a set with sugar. In their opinion, this is the only way to make a good marmalade. The sharpness and clarity of the fruit shines through. Their multi award winning marmalades come in eye catching packaging. Devon Distillery is the UK’s first and only micro distillery creating grape-marc-spirit, DAPPA. Using a custom-designed, hand-crafted, and authentic Italian copper pot still, Devon Distillery is producing an after-dinner drink and cocktail tincture of exceptionally high quality. Only carefully selected grape skins from English vineyards are used to make DAPPA, which has clean, crisp and grassy flavours, with hints of berries and earthy tones. (Stand NC2).
