Their multi-award winning London Dry Gin is made in a traditional ‘one-shot’ distillation run using vapour-infusion, resulting in a smooth gin and full-bodied, complex flavour profile balancing sweet, savoury and spice.
Launched in May 2019 TwelveBelow (Stand F2) is the UK’s first all natural genuinely low sugar range of tonic water. All the flavours are less than 12 calories per 100ml and have just 2.5g of sugar (organic agave), which is 70% less sugar than most regular tonics. Most importantly however, is that all the flavours taste delicious, with no compromise for a low calorie drink. They currently have four delicious and refreshing flavours inspired by fruit from their garden in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire – Classic Premium, Apple & Garden Mint, Rhubarb & Ginger and Pear & Cardamom. They are great for mixing with your favourite gin, or enjoyed on their own. They are proud to say that their tonics are already stocked in over 100 locations with repeat orders and lots of consumer interest. This is their first time exhibiting at Source and they hope to spread their “good news” brand to the South West and beyond.
