We make every effort to ensure that all areas of this trade show are accessible to all attendees.


Parking is located within easy distance of the trade show halls. Disabled parking is located next to the hall. Traffic stewards will direct you to parking that is appropriate to your needs.

Getting into the show

The entrance is flat and we are on hand to offer assistance where required.

Getting around

All stands are accessible and stand holders are asked to design their stands to be considerate of all trade show attendees’ needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have difficulty assessing any show areas. Wheelchairs (kindly provided by The Red Cross) are available if required, from the information point in the entrance foyer, or ask a member of the team, who will be happy to assist.

We require that children are supervised at all times. If you do bring children, they will be issued with a badge upon arrival. Please do not register children to attend.

No filming or photography of the show, exhibition stands, or exhibitors’ products is permitted without written permission from us.
