Christmas is rapidly approaching, and it’s time for out with the old and in with the new. Gone are those summer salad days, it’s time for more seasonal wintry fare, and for fabulous festive menus. It’s also a great opportunity to celebrate and champion local produce. Have you been inspired? Are you especially proud of your pub or restaurant’s Christmas menu this year?
