The Source trade show is now less than two months away and currently the show has 151 exhibitors, 35 of which are doing it for the first time.  That’s 35 companies for you to discover in February…and here’s just four of them, to give you a little taster:

Chesil Smokery
In their traditional smokery at Bridport, West Dorset, Chesil Smokery take the finest British produce and gently smoke it over oak and peat.  They’re utterly addicted to smoking delicious things!  They create delicious smoked fish, meat and poultry using traditional methods that do justice to the ingredients they’re brought by their suppliers. Yum Yum are a dynamic business created from a passion for developing & marketing top quality, great tasting food products for both the food service & retail sectors.  They’ve been busy this last year cooking up lots of scrummy new treats, adding to their original energy bar ranges.  They are proud to introduce their new “Ndulge” luxury snack range and their new “Oh My Goodness” free from cereal bar range.
