Exhibiting at Source

The Source is the biggest & best show in the South West for anyone involved in the food & drink sector, showcasing a range of artisan food & drink, foodservice, essential goods and services.It’s your chance to showcase your products and services to decision makers from:

• Food service and hospitality; caterers, cafés, guest houses, hotels and restaurants to holiday parks, takeaways and pubs.
• Retail outlets; delicatessens to farm shops and grocers, supermarkets to tourist attractions and independent stores.
• The public sector; from institutes such as schools, colleges and hospitals.

Stands start at £282.00 + vat per square metre, with lower rates for larger stands.

Our shell scheme stands include walls, carpet, fascia and name board. The wall panels are 50mm thick panels, covered in a light grey Velcro friendly fabric, suitable for fixing of photographs and graphic panels. Panels are flush fitting and are 2.44m high and 1m wide. Corner posts are aluminium and are 38mm x 38mm. The stands do not have ceiling grids. Fascia’s are 300mm deep and covered in blue fabric. Each open side will be supplied with a name board.

The carpet colour for all stands is Sapphire Blue. (Please contact us if you require a sample). The hall is lit, however stand lighting is highly recommended to properly highlight your products.

As part of your booking, you get an entry in the on-line exhibitor list, including a free image, an 80 word description, and links to your website and social media accounts. Also included are unlimited numbers of tickets for you to invite customers.

Our Newcomers are the rising stars of food & drink — the businesses bringing fresh products, new flavours, and new ideas to the trade. This feature is always a buyer favourite because it makes discovery easy: they can meet suppliers that they won’t have seen on the circuit before, taste something genuinely new, and get a head start on the competition.

The Newcomers rate is a lower-cost way to take your first step into B2B, launch into wholesale, and open new accounts with hospitality, retail, and foodservice buyers – with plenty of support from our team along the way.

To join our Newcomer’s area you must be within your first two years of trading and have never participated in a trade show before (you may have taken part at farmers markets or other consumer events or be selling direct to consumer now). You can be based anywhere in the UK.

There are two stand size options available (2m x 1.5m or 4m x 1.5m), and as a Newcomer you get extra show promotion and some electrics included. Stand Price on application.

Our targeted marketing campaign promotes your business to thousands of relevant buyers across the region. We promote the show through direct mail, email, online & social media campaigns, advertising in key trade publications, local and national press coverage, telephone calls to buyers and face-to-face promotion at many UK events. The result is a well-established trade event that delivers strong buyer attendance, valuable relationships and real commercial opportunities.
