Exeter College is a large, thriving and growing tertiary college. At the show, the college students demonstrate some of the fantastic skills they have learnt during their studies, in live cooking exhibitions, ranging from Asian cuisine, springtime gateaux to desserts and pastries in a purpose built exhibition kitchen. They also support the chefs in the In-toto demonstration kitchen.

Fine Food Digest is the Guild of Fine Food’s voice to all independent delicatessens, farm shops, food halls and speciality food buyers in multiple retailers, cooperatives, symbol groups, cash & carries and speciality food producers.
At the heart of the fine food world since 1995, the Guild supports and promotes speciality food producers and the independent delis, farm shops and food halls that sustain them. Backed by 1,300 members, it runs the influential Great Taste and World Cheese Awards.
