Cooking up a storm

Spring is a great time for trying new things, as the sun finally comes out, and longer days beckon.  Time to say farewell to the heavy comfort food of winter and move on to lighter, more seasonal dishes.  Why not let Expowest Westcountry inspire you?  The apprentices from Exeter College will be demonstrating their skills on both days of the show, with a timetable that provides something for every taste.  Why not go along to stand C29/B28 and see how it’s done?

02:00pm – Sweets and pastry demonstration
